Module ipx_directory::admin

Removing and blocking feeds, and the servers sharing. rwa tokens only.

Endpoints

DELETE /v1/feeds/{id}: Remove a feed and block it, so no server’s share brings it back.
POST /v1/feeds/{id}/refresh: Check a feed now, answering with its page.
GET /v1/blocked: The feeds kept out.
DELETE /v1/blocked/{id}: Let a blocked feed back in.
GET /v1/instances: Each token holding a share, with how many feeds and subscribers it gave.
DELETE /v1/instances/{name}: Drop one token’s share, its counts with it, until it next shares.
