Subscribe to a feed, by its address or a site that links one.

A feed someone else on the server already has costs nothing to add: it is fetched once and each file is kept once. An OPML address subscribes to the list, kept in step as a folder.

Added, as JSON.

Errors

400 Bad Request

The address is not a feed and links none; the answer says what was found.
