Share: every public feed this server’s people follow, and how many follow each.

Replaces everything this token shared before, so send the whole list each time. At most 20,000 feeds. Addresses that look private (a login, a key in the query, a paid-feed host) are refused and counted, never stored. A feed is listed once the directory has read it as one.
